Need help with my Communications question – I’m studying for my class.

hello I had an interview with the treasury department and would like to send a follow-up email; I also was asked to write an essay but forgot to add a message to the email body.i am basically asking for a one page email asking if my email was received along with the attachment and thanking the panel for giving me a chance to interview with them.

i have tried to write the email myself by my overthinking is killing me.
