What are some of the advantages and disadvantages of group decision making? When might it be advantageous to engage in group decision making, and when not?
3- What is a data collection plan? What are some of the elements of a data collection plan? How might a law enforcement agency assess whether their data collection plan is good?
4- How might a police agency be able to utilize data to drive change in that agency? What are some of the potential pitfalls of the use of data? What happens if data is analyzed wrong? Can you think of any examples in American government when data was interpreted incorrectly and resulted in problems?
